RAYSA International Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. provides international trade services, including Product Sourcing, Supplier Verification, Quality Inspection Coordination, Export Coordination, and China Representation Services.

RAYSA acts as a service provider and does not manufacture, own, or sell products. All services are provided based on a confirmed quotation or written agreement.

3. Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding enquiries. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 7 days and are subject to changes in supplier pricing, market conditions, exchange rates, freight costs, product availability, and other external factors.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are payable according to the confirmed quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made before services commence. Bank transfer is the preferred payment method. Service fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client may require advance payment.

5. Shipping & Customs

Delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, port congestion, shipping line delays, weather conditions, government regulations, and force majeure events.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with destination-country regulations are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
